Being a huge fan of blues music, the Frederikshavn Blues festival was at the top of my list. A few musicians who’ve inspired me to listen to blues music are Eric Clapton, BB king, Derek Trucks and Muddy Waters. With top legends such a Buddy Guy and Robert Cray performing at the concert, I just had to go! At the work place, I found a fellow Blues fan who was eagerly willing to accompany me.
Frederikshavn is a small city in Denmark and just a short ferry ride away from Göteborg. The Frederikshavn Blues festival is an annual three-day concert with a line-up of leading and budding blues bands.
With my new camera, this was also the perfect opportunity to test the low light performance of my camera. The concert was jam-packed with fellow enthusiasts and it was indeed a challenge to dodge nudges and photo-bombs.
Despite being deeply captivated by music, I did manage to pull out my camera to take some pictures.
